My name is Gowripathi. I am an electronics engineer by qualification and profession. I started as research engineer in the field of power electronics in a reputed telecom company and reached to senior management position.

During my long career of 25 years, my interactions with people at all levels resulted in my self-improvement & growth and taught me all 'people issues' related to workplace and outside.

I am not a self-improvement coach professionally, but my writings are based on my hands-on experience at workplace where people with different qualifications, backgrounds, religious beliefs, aspirations and attitudes work together.
